Netlino is committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.
1. No Activity Logs
Netlino does not log your browsing activity, connection timestamps, DNS queries, IP addresses you visit, or any user traffic. We cannot monitor or inspect your online activity.
2. What We Collect
To operate the service, we only collect:
- Email address (to deliver your VPN key)
- Payment confirmation from Stripe (no card numbers)
- Technical data required to maintain the VPN server (errors, uptime, server health)
3. Payment Information
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Netlino never sees or stores your card number. Stripe handles PCI compliance and encryption.
4. Email Delivery
Your unique VPN access key is delivered via email after purchase. This key is encrypted and can be revoked or regenerated at any time.
5. Data Security
We implement strict security controls, including encrypted servers, firewall rules, and protection against unauthorized access.
6. Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties—ever.
