1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Netlino, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Netlino provides VPN access through encrypted Outline-based servers. Service availability is "as-is," with best-effort uptime and performance.

3. Fair Use

Users may not use Netlino to engage in illegal activity, attacks, spam, fraud, or abuse of any kind. Violations may result in suspension of service.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel any time through your Stripe customer portal at: Manage Subscription

5. Refunds

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for unused service time. To request one, contact support.

6. Limitation of Liability

Netlino is not responsible for losses related to outages, misconfigurations, or improper use. VPNs reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute protection.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms as needed. Changes will be posted here with a revised date.
